LADIES ATTENDING THE EVENT SHOULD BRING 2 ITEMS FROM THEIR OWN CLOSET: 1 ON A HANGER, 1 ACCESSORY
ITEMS SHOULD BE “TRENDY” AND OF GREAT QUALITY – BUT NOT NEW! **Bring something you would want ...to take home**
~Item on hanger should be laundered, pressed, and free of stains, lint, holes, etc.
~Accessories include jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, watches, pocketbooks, etc.
~Must arrive before 6:45 in order to shop
$25 MINIMUM DONATION AT THE DOOR
(ALL MONETARY DONATIONS ARE 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE)
~FIRST 25 THROUGH THE DOOR RECEIVE A GIFT AND GET TO "SHOP" 10 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!!
HOW IT WORKS:
~As guests arrive, their items will be placed on the floor for others to view until it's time to start shopping. You must arrive before 6:45 in order to participate.
~Each attendee will be given 5 tags w/ her name to place on the items she hopes to take home.
~If she gets to an item first and no one else has placed their name tag on the item, she can use all five tags to stake her claim.
~If she would rather, she can divide her tags and take her chance on multiple items.
~Names will be drawn from a hat for any items that have multiple tags at the end of the shopping period.
SILENT AUCTION
~Tags may not be used to purchase these items.
~We need help soliciting items from local businesses or service providers.
~If you have any “contacts,” we would certainly appreciate your help!
Light refreshments will be served.
