The Cherokee County 4-H Junior Farmers Club is for youth, ages 9 to 18, with an interest in agriculture. Each month we will meet in different locations around our county to learn more about the crops and livestock that are grown and raised by our local farmers. Hands-on experiences with livestock and farm equipment will be provided. Youth do not need to own livestock or have previous farm experience to attend. Members will be encouraged to participate in SC 4-H competitions and projects that are related to topics covered in our meetings.

There is no cost to attend the monthly meetings, but we do request that each youth become a member of South Carolina 4-H.
